Mental Health Services provide psychiatric services; assist people with psychiatric disabilities to develop skills that enable them to assume an effective role in their community; provide emergency evaluation and crisis services; deliver intensive services to clients who need more acute treatment than is ordinarily available at outpatient clinics; and provide treatment and services for children/adolescents with serious emotional and behavioral problems, as well as those at risk of removal from the home.

Mental Retardation Services determine eligibility for service, identify services the client needs and assigns appropriate staff; provide many services in the client’s own home; give guidance and assistance in finding an appropriate residential environment; and give training to help clients prepare for employment and active participation in their community.

Early Childhood Intervention Services provide assessment, therapy (speech, occupational, physical), home visits, and other assistance to children up to three years old who have developmental delays or a medical diagnosis that may cause a child to be behind others his/her age.
